Return Policy

At MillaLu, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. 

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Return Shipping

A flat return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.

Personalized & Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The item is defective.

  • The item received differs from the approved customization or order details.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. The $5.99 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (except in cases of damage, defects, or errors).

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable).

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return.

  • The reason for the return.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.
